Wholesale Terms + Policies
Everything you need to know about ordering, payment, shipping, refunds and how we partner with retailers who value quality, story, and intentional design.
Exclusivity for Brick-and-Mortar Retailers
🛍️ Our wholesale collection is exclusive to retailers with physical storefronts. We do not currently offer wholesale to online-only shops or marketplaces. Our focus is on supporting independently owned plant shops, boutiques, and home & garden stores with curated, in-person experiences.
Minimum Order Quantity + Payment Terms
The minimum opening order is $500.
We accept:
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Pay-in-4 (via third-party processors if eligible)
We do not currently offer NET terms.
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes made after confirmation may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on total product cost.
Lead Time
Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks. Large or fully custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates + Return Policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and location.
Carriers: We will use UPS/USPS Ground or LTL Freight (pallet shipping, depending on volume).
Return / Credit Policy
Every order is carefully packed, inspected, and sent with care. Because each piece is handmade, variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected—and part of what makes our products special.
We do not offer returns or refunds for unsold items. All wholesale sales are considered final once shipped.
If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right:
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery
- Please include photos and/or videos so we can process a full or partial credit
- Color, finish, and glaze variations are not considered defects
- Minor chips may qualify for partial credit; unsellable pieces may be eligible for full credit
- Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable
We do not accept returned items but will always work with you to resolve any issues.
Product Details + Retailer Pricing

Our suggested retail prices are based on proven price points in curated shops—but we trust you to know your market best. You're welcome to price products at your discretion based on your location and customer base.
